Venus is an award-winning actor, a lifelong Texan, and the founder of Personal Powerhouse, a Christian company that strengthens young women.

She started Personal Powerhouse with God's prompting and uses it to strengthen young women through mentorship, community, and life skills. She leads The Powerhouse Sisterhood which is an online membership where she and other Christian actors mentor young women in the film industry.
